Digivate BlogLinks

Welcome to a new way of Blog Sponsorship. We've created a way for you to make money from your blog unlike any other on the market.

Why is it different? It's an intelligent way to add advertisers links across your site. Easy to install and low maintenance - all you have to do is run the program to start making serious money from your blog.

How does it work? It's a wordpress plug-in that adds a randomly generated text link sentence to the bottom of each blog. The set of sentences you get will be relevant to your blog and looks more natural and less intrusive than ways to monetize your blog.

Who are we? Digivate has a long history in designing, building, integrating and promoting ecommerce websites for leading brands - and now we're dedicated to the blogging community too.

Pindar Graphics acquires Acorn E-commerce

Monday, September 17th, 2007

Pindar Graphics has taken over Acorn E-commerce, extending its range of ecommerce services and its customer base.

The UK’s largest independent printer and multi-channel publishing business already provides fully bespoke and integrated ecommerce websites to larger retailers.

With Acorn, it hopes to cater for smaller customers too, E-consultancy.com reports.

Acorn’s full online self-service platform will improve the ease of maintenance and upgrades.

Roger Willcocks, director of Pindar Graphics, said: “Acorn has proven expertise in the marketplace and offers a very saleable product.

“Using the Acorn platform, it can take just a matter of days from creation of concept to developing an online shop that can take orders.

“This is important for customers who want a product that is easy to use, offers best-practice ecommerce in packaged form and will help them maximise their internet sales potential without investing significant sums of money.”

Founded in 1836, Acorn has over 170 years of experience in the printing industry.

Matt Carey, direct marketing manager at Anglian, said: “Netrank has an unmatched passion for natural search, a wide range of product offerings and an impressive client list. We look forward to seeing what Netrank can deliver for us.”

Lucy Allen, managing director of Netrank, said: “Our new working relationship with Anglian will be an exciting challenge, as we help them move from a direct marketing approach to an all encompassing online strategy.

“There are plentiful opportunities for Anglian to develop their reputation online and we are looking forward to seeing the results.”

Quantifying the effect of marketing strategies

Monday, September 3rd, 2007

Search marketing group Hayes has lifted the lid on the new brand development agency it launched earlier this year.

Using a blend of traditional integrated strategies and newer web-centred technologies, Brandwidth monitors the performance of marketing, advertising and web strategies.

Agency principal and marketing director Adam Hayes, along with creative partner George Evans, are plugging a gap in the market. According to Forrester Research, 79 per cent of advertising clients would not recommend their current agency to others - the main reason being that they cannot measure the return on their investment.

Mr Hayes said: “We’re not a web agency that does ads too. And we’re not an ad agency or PR firm that does websites too. We’re more of both.”

He added: “Now more than ever, clients can quantify the impact of their marketing communications strategies. And qualify their agency relationships.”

Hayes and Evans insist on doing everything in house - from strategic development to SEO and performance analytics - unlike many firms that outsource the bulk of their web marketing and development work.
